Double Perfect Full Circle is awarded to Toastmasters who have achieved Perfect Full Circle in both the Chapter Meeting and Contest categories.

To achieve Perfect Full Circle in Contest, a member needs to take on at least 9 different contest roles and must have done roles at the Club, Area, Division, and District levels.

To achieve Perfect Full Circle in Chapter Meeting, a member needs to take on at least 12 different chapter meeting roles and serve in 10 different clubs.
This incentive, initiated by Program Quality Director Aaron Ting’s team and led by LKAI VPE Li Xian, is ongoing until 7 July 2026, for roles performed from 1 July 2025 - 30 June 2026.
