Visiting the Colourful Pond 🌈 in May is a remarkable experience; because of the unique spring sunlight and pristine water conditions, this month offers the brightest, most vivid colors of the entire year.

This clarity made me reflect on a powerful leadership asset: the skill of regularly clearing out mental and emotional clutter. In a fast-paced world, it is incredibly easy for unaddressed thoughts and friction to accumulate, quietly clouding our judgment. Taking the time to consciously reset and unburden the mind is a rare practice, but it is exactly what allows a person to maintain absolute objectivity and sharp vision.

This is exactly why I make it a priority to regularly meditate and manifest. Cultivating that intentional space is what keeps the inner landscape clear, allowing our best capabilities to always shine through at their brightest.

但当我真正去了解背后的科学,我才发现——

我们一直搞错了对象。

🔴 真正影响荷尔蒙的,其实是肉类。

当我们吃下含有动物性雌激素的肉类——尤其是来自注射荷尔蒙的牲畜——这些真实的动物雌激素会直接进入我们的血液循环。

它们的结构,和人体雌激素几乎一模一样。

身体根本分辨不出来。

就这样,细胞日复一日地被过度刺激。雌激素敏感型的癌细胞,悄悄地得到了它们想要的"养分"。

Today I tried something interesting at Takashimaya — vegan soy gelato 🍦

At first, I didn’t expect much.
“Soy dessert”… usually people think — light, maybe a bit plain?

But the first scoop surprised me.
Smooth. Creamy. Rich.
Without the heaviness.
