Generally I’ve met 3 kinds of people during my coaching journey:
“Thriving” state: people who are constantly connecting with others and finding ways to impact more lives through their expertise
“Surviving” state: people who are surviving, living day to day, paying their bills, spending time with their family
“Struggling” state: people who are struggling financially, emotionally etc, and need a lot of support.
I started my career with “surviving” state, then dropped to “struggling” state when my warm leads went dry.
After lots of prayers and emotional support, and attending multiple courses (example NLP, estate planing, communication, premier leaders trainings etc..) my mental state rose to “thriving”.
I know it takes daily reflection to remain at this state. I can easily slip down to “surviving” or “struggling” if I become complacent or stop learning.
What state are you at now?
What do you need to do next to rise up to the next state?

IF YOU REALLY want to win, you have to begin. I’ve always agreed with this quote: “You don’t have to be great to get started, but you do have to start to be great.” This means you have to be before you can do, and do before you can have. That probably sounds simple enough, but there is a lot more involved in that statement than you might think.
That statement really captures the core issues that are connected to being successful. When you understand what these three little words (be, do, have) mean, you will view success in an entirely new way—and ultimately change your Life.
Never too late to start now, if you are looking for a switch in career path or mid career change. Connect with me for a chat.

We all know that life is tough. Many times our best plans turn sour as we pursue our goals and dreams. For that reason, there are two qualities every person must have to fuel their desire and sustain their pursuit of success. Those two qualities are commitment and perseverance. You need commitment to produce the focus and consistency you need to keep your eye on the target. Then you need perseverance to make it over the rough spots and setbacks you will most certainly experience along your journey to success.

Tilda Kemplen grew up and lives in the rugged mountains of the east Tennessee. She went to one-room school through the eighth grade, and then repeated the eighth grade because there was no high school to attend. Later, as a cook for Methodist Mission school, she becaome determined to go back to school. She enrolled in high school at age 32 - with a husband, three small children, a job as a cook, and a home to keep - and graduated five years later. Then she earned a collage degree in early education.
Tilda wanted to help the mountain children avoid the problems she experienced. She wanted to establish a program for them, but there were no funds and no buildings. So she volunteered her time and help class in the field. Later, she raised funds for a child development center, which has employed over six hundred persons in a country with a twenty-six percent unemployment rate.
Tilda, who recently in Washington received the Jefferson Award for outstanding public service, says "Everyone has some talents. If I can do it, you can too."
Think about it. It's not your situation, but what you make of that situation, which determines what you will acomplish with your life.
