🪷 三七 · 一份女儿对母亲最深的思念 🪷

在传统佛教与华人习俗中，“三七”是往生后第21天的重要日子。

很多家庭会在这一天为亲人诵经、礼佛、供灯、献供，把这份思念化为祝福，希望为逝者积累福德，愿他们离苦得乐，往生善处。

而在许多传统观念里，三七也特别重视女儿的参与。

因为女儿，是父母生命中深厚的牵挂。

从小到大，父母给予我们的爱，很多时候不求回报，只希望孩子平安幸福。

当父母离开后，女儿亲自为他们祈福、诵念、献上一份心意，不只是一个仪式，更是一份爱的延续：

有时候，我们以为“孝”是在父母还在的时候陪伴他们。

其实，父母离开后，我们仍然可以用另一种方式继续爱他们。

一炷香、一句佛号、一份虔诚的心念，都承载着：

“妈妈，谢谢你。”
“请放心，我会好好生活。”
“愿你在另一个旅程里，平安自在。”

On Father’s Day today, we witnessed another beautiful expression of fatherly love ❤️

Mr and Mrs T made the meaningful decision to preplan their forever home at Nirvana Memorial Garden.

When Mr T shared his thoughts, one sentence stayed with me:

“We must plan our own afterlife arrangements. We cannot leave such difficult decisions to our children.”

As parents, we spend our entire lives making sure our children are taken care of… providing for them, guiding them, and carrying their burdens whenever we can.

Preplanning our own afterlife journey is another act of responsibility and love.

Because when the day comes, our children will already be carrying the weight of grief and emotions. The last thing we want is for them to struggle with unfamiliar decisions, financial considerations, or questions about what we would have wanted.

By making these arrangements early, we are not thinking about death.

We are giving our loved ones clarity.
We are giving them peace of mind.
We are leaving behind love, not uncertainty❤️

A father’s love does not end with a lifetime🙏🏻

It continues through the care and responsibility we leave behind💕
