Welcome to Week 4! 🔥
The work keeps building, and this week is all about staying consistent under fatigue, moving with purpose, and proving to yourself that you can maintain quality when things get challenging. Trust the process, stay coachable, and bring your best effort to every session.
Monday | Strength Endurance
A true test of pacing and consistency. Focus on maintaining strong technique while producing quality effort from start to finish. Slow and steady wins this one.
Tuesday | HIIT
Longer work periods mean smarter pacing. Stay composed, keep your movement sharp, and challenge yourself to hold strong output even as fatigue starts knocking on the door.
Wednesday | Strength Lower Body
Time to build strength from the ground up. Expect plenty of lower-body work that rewards patience, control, and solid technique under increasing fatigue.
Thursday | Summit
Aerobic fitness takes centre stage. The goal is simple: do more work while staying efficient, controlled, and in the right training zone.
Friday | Pump Upper Body
Upper-body volume is on the menu. Focus on quality reps, strong positioning, and embracing the burn. Your arms may file a complaint later. 😅
Saturday | Secret Session 👀
Something different is coming. We can’t reveal too much just yet, but bring your energy, your teammates, and be ready for a surprise challenge.

Welcome to Week 2 team — time to level up the engine, sharpen the strength, and keep stacking those wins 🔥 Expect longer efforts, smarter pacing, and strength work that’ll have your legs questioning your life choices… in the best way possible.
Monday – SUMMIT
Aerobic grind incoming 🫀 Focus is all about consistent pacing and building that strong endurance engine without burning out too early. Smooth efforts, controlled breathing, and steady output will be the game plan here.
Tuesday – PUMP LB
Lower body volume gets turned up with more hinge work and strength focus through the posterior chain. Expect your glutes and hammies to clock overtime — stairs might suddenly become your biggest rival after this one 😮💨
Wednesday – CARDIO U
Less rest, more control. This session challenges your ability to regulate effort under fatigue while staying efficient across every station. Don’t just go hard… go smart.
Thursday – STRENGTH UB
Upper body strength day with controlled pressing, pulling, and stability work to build solid foundations. Big focus on quality reps and clean movement patterns before chasing heavier loads 💪
Friday – HIIT
Work periods get longer while recovery gets shorter — exactly the kind of spicy combo that builds serious conditioning. Stay explosive, stay sharp, and embrace the burn.
Saturday – STRENGTH ENDURANCE
This one blends cardio and resistance together to test how well you can stay strong while fatigued. Pace it right, keep moving with intent, and remember: if your shirt isn’t soaked by the end… did you even do Saturday? 😏
