Feb and March are so good to me, they gave me many reasons to feast.

CNY ended 2 weeks ago, and I am still eating uncontrollably.

Even though I have been very disciplined last year and lost 12kgs in just 3 months, I don’t know what's wrong with me.. I lost control..

FASTing - Day 5

I have completed my FAST last week, and had been refeeding my body gradually.

Refeeding method includes
⭐No carbo for 5 days after FAST
⭐Drink soup on 1st meal after FAST
⭐If possible, try to take liquid food for another 2 days
⭐Start taking solid food on the 3rd day, begin with smaller intake, gradually increase the portion after a few meals

Fasting is easier than we think. I have learnt to overcome the
⭐Fear of failure
⭐Fear of hunger
⭐Fear of physical side effects

My WINS
⭐Lost 5% of my weight in just 5 days
⭐Dropped visceral fat level
⭐Weight had maintained for more than a week

4th day has passed and I am counting down🎉🎉🎉

FASTing - Day 3

Finally breezed through the 3rd day.
Was at work the whole day and feeling extremely energetic.

At 72 hours, the autophagy is at its high and our body will do a major cleanup. We may experience stronger bowel movements or feel a little pain at some part of our bodies, but there is probably due to an old injury.

At this point, your body will trigger stem cell production and create new immune cells. Your body will become more resilient to stress and exposure to toxins and that certain hormones produced at this stage can have beneficial anti-cancer and anti-aging effects.

FASTing - Day 2

Many said day 2 and day 3 of fasting are the most difficult to endure. I am blessed as these 2 days seem quite normal to me.

I tried one day fasting before and failed.

Blessed to have mentors who taught me the correct way of fasting this round. They have given me the best advice and things to take note.

Drinking water alone is not enough, you need to drink warm water. The most important thing is to eat cell foods that provide the nutrients that we need during fasting.

Fighting!

My 1st attempt for a 5 days FAST. Still not sure I can persist till the end. But amazingly, I can endure a day without food so far.

Did alot of research before trying out, it has many health benefits especially after 72 hours of fasting - reverse type 2 diabetes, kill cancer cells and boost stem cells regeneration and many more.

Will share with you every bits of my FASTING journey😊

Bye 2021, you have been quite good to me. This year I come to know many new friends and mentors, reunited with many old ones.

I gained many and lose quite alot. My wish is still the same, to gain wisdom, increase knowledge and wealth, stay in great health. The only thing I can afford to lose is FATS and KGS..
