Dear Aaron,
It feels like only yesterday that you joined the Pencak Bawean Dheun family. In just 2–3 months, you became part of us, and now it is already time for you to begin a new journey in Germany this Friday. Time truly flies.
Last night, despite your short trip from KL to JB, you and your family made the effort to rush to our gelanggang at 10.00 pm just to bid us farewell before your departure. That gesture meant so much to all of us.
We took photos together, shared hugs, and realised how strong the bond we built had become in such a short time. Saying goodbye was truly emotional.
A heartfelt thank you to Mdm Elin for placing your trust in us to share a little of the knowledge and traditions of Pencak Bawean with Aaron. We hope this journey has created beautiful memories for you and your family.
As a proud Baweanese herself, Mdm Elin was happy to see her son embrace his heritage by joining our gelanggang, even if only for a short while.
