Leadership in Action: Hearts & Minds at Work!
Recently, our P1 to P5 students stepped up to make a difference through our Leadership-in-Action (LIA) initiatives!
Our young leaders designed action plans focused on two goals:
• Spreading kindness to their classmates.
• Improving our common spaces to make them better for everyone.
Through these projects, they are actively honing essential skills like effective communication, collaborative problem-solving, and empathy.
We are incredibly proud of their initiatives and sense of responsibility. They have proved that one is never too young to make a positive difference!

Stories that Stick! ❤️
Our students had an incredible time during our Mystery Lessons, hearing from guest speakers across various exciting fields.
It was heartwarming to see our school values come to life through these lived experiences. When inspiration is rooted in real journeys, it sticks!
A huge thank you to our wonderful speakers for sharing your time and passion. You’ve truly inspired our future leaders! ✨

Every Meridian, Together 💛👨👩👧👦
We believe it takes a village to raise a child and last week our village showed up in the most beautiful way! Our School Home Connect Session brought parents, students, and teachers together.
Students wrote heartfelt gratitude notes to their parents. Parents also penned encouragement cards to their children. Small moments, big love...and many gentle reminders that every child is seen, loved, and cheered on. As Semester 1 has drawn to a close, we would like to say a big thank you to every parent who made time to be there. Your partnership means the world — and even more to your child.
Wishing all our Meridian families a break filled with rest, giggles, and togetherness 🌈☀️

Last month, MK@Meridian commemorated Earth Day: Our Power, Our Planet 🌍
With a focus on recycling ♻️ and food waste 🍌, the children learnt about the different ways that they can help to save the earth. They learnt about how they can contribute food waste to the Black Soldier Fly Facility.
They were also engaged in different learning station activities, where they learnt about recycling, and the different recycling bins they can find around the neighbourhood, such as Bloobin, the E-Waste Bin and the Textile Recycling.
It was a meaningful and engaging celebration for them! ✨
