The only lock in aikido that doesn’t directly lock a joint is yonkajo ( 4th control) while it looks deceptively easy and even fake, this is a technique that embodies the essence of all Budo, concentration of power. In this class we looked at various applications from the wrist, to the leg and finally the bridge of the nose! The study of Budo cultivates the mind, body and spirit..
