On December 30, 2025, the Singapore International Curriculum Cooperation Signing and Project Launch Ceremony between Jinan Deya Senior High School and Singapore Noah’s Ark EduTech Pte. Ltd. was successfully held.
Representatives from both sides attended the ceremony, including Han Long, Chairman of Jinan Deya Senior High School; Yu Ziqin, Principal; Lu Wei, Director of the Admissions Office; as well as Cai Ying, Executive Director of Singapore Noah’s Ark EduTech Pte. Ltd., and D**g Jianghong, President of School Partnership (China Region). Together, they witnessed this important milestone.
Jinan Deya Senior High School has long been deeply rooted in local basic education and remains committed to exploring diversified and internationalized pathways for student development. The collaboration with Singapore Noah’s Ark EduTech Pte. Ltd. marks a significant step in the school’s efforts to integrate international education. With extensive experience and a well-established system in Singapore international curriculum development, educational resource integration, and overseas study planning, Singapore Noah’s Ark EduTech brings strong expertise to the partnership. Through this cooperation, both parties aim to achieve complementary advantages and shared high-quality educational resources.
At the signing ceremony, Chairman Han Long stated that the school has always aimed to cultivate students who possess both a strong sense of national identity and a global perspective. This partnership with Singapore Noah’s Ark EduTech will build a bridge for students to access high-quality education in Singapore and around the world, representing a key strategic move in the school’s international development. From the perspective of academic implementation, Principal Yu Ziqin outlined the cooperation plan, noting that both sides will customize curriculum content based on students’ learning needs, while simultaneously promoting teacher training and student study-tour exchanges to ensure the international curriculum is effectively implemented.
Executive Director Cai Ying expressed strong expectations for the collaboration, emphasizing that the group will integrate Singapore’s high-quality educational resources and teaching models to provide comprehensive support for the development of the international curriculum at Jinan Deya Senior High School.
According to the cooperation agreement, both parties will jointly develop Singapore international curriculum modules tailored to the academic context of Jinan Deya Senior High School. The partnership will introduce advanced Singaporean teaching philosophies, curriculum frameworks, and assessment methods, while also establishing channels for teacher exchanges, professional training, and student overseas study tours. This will help students strengthen their domestic academic foundations while gaining exposure to international education, thereby enhancing their cross-cultural communication and learning abilities.
The successful signing ceremony marks a substantial step forward in Jinan Deya Senior High School’s international education strategy and injects new vitality into educational cooperation between Shandong and Singapore. Following the ceremony, the professional team from Singapore Noah’s Ark EduTech also conducted specialized training for the school’s admissions staff, covering project highlights, admissions messaging, and consultation Q&A in a systematic manner. This training ensures that the admissions team can present the program accurately and professionally to students and parents, laying a solid foundation for future enrollment and promotion efforts.
