Throwback to 2023! Finally sharing these photos from a performance in Johor that celebrated a Korea-Johor business partnership. I took my students there, we stayed together, did some shopping, and had a wonderful time. We even celebrated a couple of the dancers’ birthdays during the trip and we ended up featured in quite a few newspapers as well!

Even though we had only a short time to prepare, our dancers did such an amazing job.
Thank you so much to everyone who came all the way to watch our performance ~ your support means a lot to us. ❤️

Even in the middle of a tight schedule, we had so many enjoyable moments~ savoring delicious Korean food, the little fun chats with Daegu citizens who struck up conversations with us on the bus and subway, and the late-night snacks we enjoyed while strolling through the streets of Daegu—all of these remain so vivid in my memory.

Creating a 20-minute piece in just three days was an incredibly tough challenge, but everyone gave their all to bring the performance Hive Paradox to life.

It was an unforgettable show, with revisions and adjustments happening even 3–4 hours before the performance.

A big round of applause 👏👏 for the beautiful outcome achieved by dancers from China, Indonesia, France, and so many other diverse backgrounds!
