We (𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐀𝐥𝐩𝐡𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝) are glad to announce a recent TradersGPS lawsuit settlement, and we now jointly own the ‘TradersGPS’ Trademark with SF5.

Two Alpha is a provider of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.), trading and wealth management solutions to financial services companies. Two Alpha has previously acquired the business of AlgoMerchant and currently are the owners of www.algomerchant.com (known as AlgoMerchant).

In 2016, Collin Seow and AlgoMerchant collaborated to co-develop a new cloud-based trading solution called TradersGPS Everywhere, and the collaboration ended in October 2018. On 11 May 2021, Two Alpha Pte Ltd initiated a legal proceeding for co-ownership claim of ‘TradersGPS’ and reputational damages. Refer to Singapore High Court Suit No. 426 of 2021.

The recent $1.9 trillion stimulus bill boost money supply faster than the production of goods and services in the economy. [𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐄𝐓 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄, 𝟐𝟎/𝟎𝟑/𝟐𝟏]Yesterday, stocks fell(DJIA, -0.71%, SPX -0.06%, COMP +0.76%), and yields climbed, show traders are expecting stronger inflation. We know that inflation will come, only a matter of time. However, we are more concerned with the lack of inflation rather than rising inflation. And for the longest time, Fed failed to achieve the targeted 2% level inflation rate. The conclusion is, we're still far from the need to slow down the economy by hiking the interest rate to suppress the inflation rate, which pulls the market down.
