After modeling and arranging the Viaduct segments using the bridge creator, the subsequent phase involves adding comprehensive details to each segment and generating fabrication drawings. I will walk you through the workflow to incorporate all necessary specifics, including reinforcements and utilizing the Tekla Master Drawing Catalog. This process enables the creation of mold and reinforcement drawings, along with the bar bending schedule. Such utilization underscores the capability of Tekla Structures in effectively handling projects of this nature.

Viaduct Segment in LESS THAN 20 SECONDS 27/12/2023

Following the development of viaduct segment components mentioned in my previous post, I proceeded by configuring the parameters within Tekla Bridge Creator to facilitate modeling these segments within the alignment. Once the profiles and components were prepared, leveraging the Bridge Creator significantly accelerated the modeling process, allowing us to efficiently replicate the viaduct segment. In a demonstrative video, you'll witness the remarkable speed at which the viaduct segment was accurately modeled in under 20 seconds.

This is a very simple but useful TS-GH script for adding rebar in TS Model. You can add according to your desired shape by picking polygon.
