What a joy to be back at K!DZ POP CON ASIA! š
Once again, we were honoured to come on board as the strategic preschool and enrichment partner for this event and create meaningful connections with families through play, discovery and shared laughter.
A big thank you to all who stopped by our My First Skool, Little Skool-House, Changemakers Explorer and Outdoor School Singapore booths! It was heartwarming to see little ones explore and have fun alongside their parents. Together, our family of brands reflects the different ways we support children and families across every stage of their growing years, from preschool to afterschool and enrichment experiences.

Building More Inclusive Classrooms Together
Every child learns differently. As our educators increasingly support children with a wider range of learning and developmental needs within the same classroom, it is important that they are equipped with the right resources, strategies and confidence to support every child meaningfully.
We are proud to launch our Inclusion Toolkit, developed by NTUC First Campus and funded by NTUC Community Fund. Designed by our child support specialists together with input from educators across our preschools, the Toolkit was created to address real classroom needs and support inclusive practice in everyday learning environments.
The Toolkit brings together practical resources and easy-to-apply strategies to help educators respond to diverse needs in the classroom. It also includes resources to support educator well-being, recognising the important role educators play in creating safe and inclusive spaces for children. It will be available across all 186 NFC preschools and supported by organisation-wide educator training.
At NTUC First Campus, inclusion has long been an important part of how we support children and families. Over the years, we have continued to strengthen inclusive practice through targeted initiatives and coordinated support programmes across our preschools. The Inclusion Toolkit marks another step in this ongoing journey to better support educators and children in everyday classroom settings.
We were honoured to have Minister of State for Home Affairs & Social and Family Development, Mr Goh Pei Ming å“å¹é, join us as Guest of Honour at our Development Day, where he officiated the launch of the Inclusion Toolkit.
As we continue strengthening inclusive practice across our centres, we also hope to contribute to broader efforts towards a more inclusive preschool landscape in Singapore.

NTUC First Campus was at the SG Chinese FunFest launch at Punggol Coast Mall!
Our Mother Tongue Language team from the Child Development Department brought along interactive story boxes, readers and hands-on activities to help children explore Chinese through play, express themselves in Mandarin and learn simple Chinese words in a fun way.
We were so happy to see both children and parents enjoying the experience.
Grounded in strong curriculum expertise, we make bilingual learning engaging, meaningful and fun for every child.

Today marks the launch of the NTUC Community Fund, a new charitable platform that strengthens support for young children and seniors in our community.
Over the next three years, the Fund aims to expand its annual reach from supporting 7,000 to 10,000 children, extending support beyond those in NTUC First Campusā (NFC) preschools.
This builds on the work of the Bright Horizons Fund (BHF), established by NFC in 2008 to support children from lower-income families and those with learning needs in our preschools through financial assistance and programmes that nurture their learning, development and well-being. Since its inception, BHF has disbursed $27 million, supporting 53,000 children through 2025.
Through programmes such as Youāve Got Talent and the Development Support Specialist programme, children receive enrichment opportunities and early developmental support to help them thrive.
With the integration of BHF into the NTUC Community Fund, NFC will continue contributing funding, expertise and programmes to support even more children and families beyond our preschools.
Enabling bright futures for every child has always been at the heart of NFCās mission. We look forward to working closely with the NTUC Community Fund to continue giving every child a strong start in life.

Our NTUC First Campus Townhall was filled with great energy! From celebrating our award winners and hearing from our CEO, to an afternoon of bonding activities that brought colleagues across teams together.
There was plenty of laughter, proud moments and a real sense of connection in the room.
More importantly, it was a reminder of what drives us as an organisation ā a shared purpose of giving every child the best start in life, and the role each of us plays in making that happen.
The activities also reinforced an important point: success is not just about individual effort, but how well we work together and support one another. Every role matters, and together, itās how we make a difference for children and families every day.
Hereās to many more moments of learning, laughter and working as one team to create impact!
