Serangoon Moral Student Care Centre Founded in 1998 by Chee Hoon Kog Moral Promotion Society, SMSCC provides quality after-school care for children aged 7–14.

We’re proud to have received an ‘A’ grade in the SCFA Audit, reflecting our strong goal to care, learning and service excellence. Our mission is to create a safe, well-supervised and enjoyable learning environment where students can develop their potential and cultivate a positive attitude towards learning. The centre emphasises moral education and character development, incorporating teachings from 弟子规 (Standards for being a Good Pupil and Child) into its daily curriculum.
