Peluang untuk membantu pelajar-pelajar Singapura dan masyarakat fakir miskin di Bumi Mesir.
Bismillah-ir Rahman-ir Rahim
Every year, Muslims all around the world would perform the holy ritual of Qurbaan in commemoration of the total submission that was displayed by Prophet Ibrahim a.s when he was commanded to sacrifice his son.
Qurbaan is a demonstration of total submission to Allah and a proof of complete obedience to Allah’s will or command.
In conjunction with Eidul-Adha, PERKEMAS is once again receiving orders for Qurbaan in Egypt and various countries in the middle east this year.
The meat will be distributed among the Singaporean students, the poor, refugees & needy community in and outside of Egypt.

If wealth was a sufficient measure of success, then no wealthy person would be unhappy in this world.
Yet, we find many affluent people afflicted with hardships because of disobedient children, a problematic spouse, bad health, or mental health issues. Even if someone does not face any of these challenges, they cannot boast of true success because possessing the entire world while incurring Allah’s anger and wrath is nothing but failure.
Islam teaches us that true success is to gain Allah swt's pleasure, salvation in the Hereafter, and entry into Jannah. When the pleasure of Allah swt is at the heart of our activities, we will attain triumph, acceptance among people and family, and righteous children.
It is only when we make Islamic teachings the sole guide of our engagements that our minds can truly be at peace, knowing sustenance and provisions will come to us by Allah swt's grace.

A Muslim’s faith may become weak and he may be overwhelmed by his desires. Syaitaan may make sin attractive to him, so he wrongs himself (commits sin) and falls into that which Allah swt has forbidden. But Allah swt is Kind to all His slaves, and His mercy encompasses all things. Whoever repents after doing wrong, Allah swt will accept his repentance, for Allah swt is Forgiving and Merciful.

The idea of death is fearful to many because it is an unknown experience. When a person understands death for what it is, they can use it as a motivation as they know that it’s a chance to obtain rewards for all the good deeds one performs on Earth. Valuing death allows a person to value life which in turn will help that person live a more meaningful existence.
Embrace death as we will all come to experience it. Since we know it’s coming, why not prepare for it? Make the best out of your lives before you lose it.

Muharram is one of the ‘Asyhurul Hurum’, the four sacred months of Allah s.w.t. In this month, we are encouraged to increase our good deeds like giving more to charity, doing extra voluntary prayers and reciting the Quran frequently. In this month, there is also a fast, prescribed by Rasulullah s.a.w called the fast of Ashura.
The day of Ashura is on the 10th of Muharram. One of the greatest merits of fasting on the day of Ashura is that Allah s.w.t will expiate the sins from the previous year!
The fast of Ashura falls on the 10th day of Muharram. However, it is also encouraged for Muslims to fast a day before and after Ashura i.e 9th and 11th Muharram as well.

Islam teaches that this life is simply a test to determine our place in the eternal life after death. Those who understand the reality ahead of them are aware that their ultimate fate after death is based on their actions in this life. Such individuals are thankful for all the blessings that Allah swt has given them and humbly worship Him while promoting goodness in all aspects of their lives. When a person embraces such a God-conscious way of life, their purpose extends beyond merely enjoying worldly pleasures.

A person who is successful at work and in the family is not really successful if he is at odd with his Lord.
Allah swt has created everything in pairs: male and female, right and wrong, day and night, happiness and sorrow, and this world and the Hereafter. It would be foolhardy to attain the best of this world and call it success while one is oblivious or negligent to his purpose of life and the primary task on earth which is to worship Allah swt through Islam.

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ informed us that Allah swt is more merciful to His slaves than a mother is to her child, and in fact, the Arabic word for womb, is derived from the same root word – Rahmah.
This is a sign of the unique connection between the mercy of Allah swt and the womb. He nurtures and shelters us, just as the womb nurtures and shelters the unborn child.
