Thank you to all participants, all the crew of and , “Gelato Workshop by Vetulio Bondi 21-22 Feb 2023” was a great success & phenomenal. Participants from renowned Hotel chains and also entrepreneurs flying all the way from neighbouring countries have experienced the real Gelato Making from scratch, understand the fundamental of the ingredients, business strategy and most importantly having “Fun” while learning. It’s not the end but a new beginning has just begun, we hope to see you in the next workshop in July 2023.
