Designed for absolute beginners, our Foundation Courses focus on helping you get comfortable with movement, rhythm, coordination and technique in a supportive environment. Expect guided warm-ups, foundational exercises, technique breakdowns and a gradual introduction to choreography - giving you the tools and confidence to progress into open classes. ⚑️
