Keeping up with my dear son is not an easy task!
In order to do so I have to keep up my fitness level.

Strength, mobility, stretching training are the foundation. With a good foundation we can do our own sports safety and without unnecessary injuries.

Fishing is like a combat sport. You will never know who will show up. You just have to be ready in all situations!
Thankfully I was well conditioned with my training to fish for 30 hours straight without much rest and landed many fish!

My first and second coral trout sent me to the moon! Thank you Ah Biao for your guidance and taking care of my dearest son!
The third coral trout was from Miri thank you Angler Dean for giving me your lovely hooks and reminding me to focus on my goal.
Fishing might be an individual sport but it takes a good team and good people around you to make you a decent angler.

Likewise for fitness training, you need a good coach , good training partners and a team around you.
