Today, we celebrate more than just numbers on a screen! We celebrate commitment, discipline, and every single effort that got you here.
To all our members hitting your session milestones, this achievement belongs to you. Every early morning alarm, every tough workout after a long day, every moment you chose to show up even when motivation was low, it all counts.
Milestones are not just about attendance. They represent growth, resilience, consistency, and the mindset of becoming better than yesterday. Whether it’s your 100th, 250th, 500th or even 750th session, every session tells a story of hard work and dedication.
Our coaches are proud not only of the results you achieve, but of the community we continue to build together. The energy, encouragement, and support you give one another is what makes this place special.
So take a moment to be proud of yourselves. Celebrate how far you’ve come, but also remember that this is only the beginning. Bigger goals, stronger performances, and even greater milestones are still ahead.

What a day to remember ✨
We kicked off the weekend morning with our very first CrewFit progression, and the energy was unreal. So much laughter, teamwork, and effort put in. Watching everyone show up, push together, and enjoy the process made it incredibly special 💪🔥
To end the day on a high note, we came together for our Christmas party filled with good food, great conversations, and even better company 🎄🥂 Moments like these remind us that it’s not just about training hard, but about the community we build along the way.
So grateful for every single one of you who made the day what it was 🩵

Your HYROX performance starts before the starting line.
Preparation is everything.
🟡 Golden Rule
Nothing new on race day. No new supplements, no new breakfast, no new drinks. Stick to what your body knows.
Because YOU KNOW YOU BEST 🫵🏼
🍚 Carbo-loading
Begin 48 hours out.
Spread your carbs across the day to avoid digestive stress.
Avoid oily, spicy, or high-fibre foods that might upset your stomach. Keep it clean, simple, and tried-and-tested.
💧 Hydration
Singapore is hot, so don’t rely on water alone.
Electrolytes will keep you going - .me . Start hydrating early and stay consistent all the way to race day.
🏁 Race Day Nutrition
2–4 hours before: a carb-rich, moderate protein, low-fat meal you’ve already practiced.
30–60 minutes before: quick carbs only — banana, onigiri, toast, sports drinks.
During: only take gels you’ve tested in training.
🥗 After Race
Proper meal first.
Alcohol later.
Recovery matters.
Prep with intention. Race with confidence.
