Our teachers and students collaborated with National Institute of Education (NIE), Singapore on two research projects related to resilience and well-being, aimed at boosting positive student learning outcomes. We are very proud that the students had a go at presenting the school projects at 2026 Redesigning Pedagogy International Conference (RPIC) held on 2 June. It is an eye opening experience for them.

Kudos to the teachers who developed evidence-based research and reflective practices working on the projects, they have also impacted classroom instruction, learning experiences and student learning outcomes.

On 30 May, our students from 6 Patience rolled up their sleeves for a Beach Clean-up at East Coast Park as part of their Values in Action (VIA) project. Demonstrating responsibility, care and community spirit, they worked together to keep our shores clean and beautiful. It was especially heartwarming to see parents and family members joining them in this meaningful mission. Together, they showed that every small act can create a big wave of positive change! ๐Ÿ’™โ™ป๏ธ๐ŸŒโœจ๐Ÿค

โœจ A Journey of Discovery! โœจ

What an incredible turnout at our Greenridge Primary School 2026 Open House! The energy in the hall was absolutely high, kicking off with a warm welcome from our confident student emcees.

A major highlight of the day was an enchanting presentation by Mdm Flora Ong, who captivated the crowd in her โ€œmagicalโ€ attire and engaging our young visitors including a fun, hands-on activity that got everyone to relate how it takes a village to raise a child. Before heading out for the tour, everyone was treated to the S*F award-winning item by our very own International Dance students and a display of grit, flexibility and strength by our sport climbers on the bouldering wall.

Following the address, our amazing student leaders took center stage, confidently leading families on interactive tours to showcase our vibrant classrooms, holistic curriculum, and warm community.
Thank you to all the parents and little ones who joined usโ€”we cannot wait to welcome you into our big GRPS family! ๐Ÿ’š

Our P2 students had an enriching time at the Oracy Workshop during the Language Cultural Camp! Through public speaking, speech and drama activities, they built confidence, expressed themselves creatively, and had lots of fun using their Mother Tongue Languages. It was heartening to see the students speak boldly, collaborate with their peers, and grow in confidence throughout the sessions. ๐ŸŒŸ

What an incredible week it has been at Greenridge Primary School! ๐Ÿ’š

From energetic PE challenges, hands-on Art creations, exciting Music experiences, to engaging student performances and assembly, our students truly immersed themselves in a week filled with creativity, movement, expression, and joy. ๐ŸŒˆ

One of the highlights of the week was the special โ€œArt Meets Musicโ€ draw-along assembly, where students experienced the magic of listening to live music while expressing their imagination through art. ๐ŸŽผโœ๏ธ Watching our students draw, create, and respond creatively to music in real time was truly a meaningful and memorable experience.

Students also explored booths across PE, Art and Music domains showing self-directedness, teamwork, confidence, and the courage to try something new. Whether it was Reaction games, iPad arcades, Boomwhackers, Table melodies, bookmark designing, clay keychains, or cheering on friends during performances, the school was buzzing with positive energy all week long! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Most importantly, thank you Greenridgeans for shining your light through your creativity, sportsmanship, confidence, and teamwork. ๐Ÿ’ซ
