Our K1 children have embarked on an exciting *SSDB project on Food Sustainability*, guided by the theme *“Every Sustainable Habit Counts.”*

The journey began with an exciting *SSDB kit unboxing*, where the children were thrilled to receive their very own SSDB bucket hats! They will proudly wear their hats during each SSDB session as they learn and explore ways to care for our environment.

The children were introduced to the project and the activities they will be taking part in. They also made the *SSDB Pledge*, promising to do their part to protect and care for our environment. 🌍

What better way to end the session than by singing the *SSDB song* together!

Here’s to taking small steps, building sustainable habits, and making a big difference, because *every sustainable habit counts!*

Learning was extra delicious as our little Nursery learners created their very own "octopus" using cheese crackers, pretzel sticks, and raisins! 🐙

They carefully explored the ingredients, arranged them and counted the "tentacles". Creativity as well as fine motor skills were observed all while having fun with food!

The best part? Enjoying their tasty creations afterwards! Yum!

Our Nursery children were able to reinforce the shapes in Arabic through a fishing game. Children need to identify, match & say the name of the shapes in Arabic.

May this activity helped them in gaining the knowledge of Arabic words, Aamiin🤲
