MSL stands for Multisensory Systematic Literacy. Our training is now conducted via Zoom! Participants from all over the world can now join us easily.

Our belief is that if Orton-Gillingham Approach which is multisensory and systematic works to teach dyslexics who struggle with reading and writing, how much better would it be for kids who do not have this disability. You will be seeing the child reading and writing faster than ever, picking up the skills which are fundamental to literacy. We have devised the program and split it up into 2 separa

Amazing how God provided — 4 trainings in December alone! 🙌
From Nepal to Singapore, I’m so grateful for every opportunity to serve, learn, and pour into educators. Thank you to every team who welcomed us so warmly. ❤️

Most people know Richard Branson for Virgin Airlines, record labels, and sending rockets into space, but very few know the real engine behind all of it, as the man says so himself - dyslexia.

As a kid, Richard was the one who struggled to finish reading assignments. Teachers assumed he was “lazy” or “not trying hard enough.” Like pretty much all young dyslexics, he internalised those labels long before he ever heard the word dyslexia.

Yet outside the classroom, something different came alive. Richard was curious, imaginative, bold. Most of all, he was brilliant at seeing what others didn’t.

While school measured how well he could read, the world rewarded how well he could think. At 16, he left school entirely. Not because he wasn’t capable, but because the system was not built for minds like his.

Instead of memorising facts, he built a magazine. Instead of fitting in, he created his own path. Instead of being “less than,” he became the definition of possibility.

Branson didn’t succeed despite dyslexia, he succeeded because of it. His big-picture thinking, creativity, risk-taking, and people skills are the very traits that shaped the entire Virgin empire, and the very strengths dyslexic brains are wired for.

If you think differently, that isn’t a flaw. It’s a competitive advantage. It’s a lens that sees new opportunities. It’s a blueprint for innovation.

Steve Jobs - Co-founder and CEO of Apple Inc.

Steve Jobs is the co-founder and CEO of Apple Inc., the multinational corporation and technological company responsible for beloved tech now integrated into our everyday lives like iPhones, MacBooks, iPads, and many more.

Apple has come a long way since its inception in 1976, and its unstoppable rise to the global powerhouse it is today has often been credited to the brilliance of its co-founder Steve Jobs, who officially became CEO in 2000.

Amidst many of his stellar attributes that had set himself apart from the crowd, Steve Jobs is known to have been dyslexic. However, Jobs did not let struggling with reading and writing in his early years hinder his rise. In fact, a strong case could be made that his dyslexia had afforded him gifts far greater than commonly perceived.

Jobs’ extraordinary eye for design and aesthetic, visionary innovation and imagination beyond his time, unwavering resilience through multiple setbacks, and commitment to building and leading a great connected team are owed precisely to the traits that dyslexic individuals possess beyond the norm.

A legend in his own right, Steve Jobs is testament that dyslexics can utilise what makes them different to forge their own path of immense success in this world.

A privilege indeed to partner Readable-sg in training volunteers to impact children under their care. :

“A huge thank you to MSL for leading an amazing session on the Orton-Gillingham (OG) Approach! 🌟 This training was a game-changer for the ReadAble team, giving us the tools to teach more effectively while deepening our understanding of how languages are learned.

Some of our key takeaways:

- Auditory Processing Skills: We learned how essential it is to strengthen listening skills, especially when it comes to following instructions. It’s all about helping learners tune into the details.
- Multisensory Learning: Teaching through touch, movement, sight, and sound makes lessons stick - and keeps kids engaged!
- Age-Appropriate Learning: Tailoring lessons to match the developmental stage of each learner ensures they’re always challenged, but never overwhelmed.

_As this approach was developed for dyslexic learners, it helped us to dive into the core principles of literacy - the very building blocks of communication- to strengthen our skills as educators._

Whether we're working with neurotypical or neurodivergent kids, we’re now even more excited to make learning fun with rhyming, alliteration, blending, segmenting… and making up silly words! 😄📚
