Four minds, one space. Endless colour, shared wonder.

Learning doesn’t always happen at the table. Sometimes, it happens on the floor — with chalk in hand and imagination at work.

From a top-down view, four children gather around a shared space, colouring and drawing freely on the wooden floor. Lines overlap, colours spread, and ideas take shape as they create together.

For young children, play is their natural occupation. Through meaningful play, they explore, communicate, and begin to build creativity, collaboration, and early learning skills.

At Kindle Garden, we believe in play-based learning that nurtures curiosity and inquisitiveness. In these shared moments of creativity, children are not just drawing — they are expressing ideas, discovering friendships, and learning about the world around them.

Because here, learning begins with play.

Who said life lessons can’t fit on a game board?

Created by KG’s very own educators, Inclusion Starts with I is a board game designed to children learn empathy through play, one roll at a time. Watch as Teacher Jewel turn this game into big conversations about kindness, empathy and respect.

This is how children at Kindle Garden learn and grow. ✨

Join our Open House on 20 June to see it in action.

Not every act of kindness needs words.

Our Kindlers, while playing outdoors, learn to show care in simple, meaningful ways — a helping hand and care for each other, bringing inclusion to life.

By learning and playing together every day, children of different abilities naturally learn compassion, patience, and how to care for one another.

At Kindle Garden, Singapore’s first inclusive preschool, children learn side by side every day, guided by teachers who design activities so every child can participate, contribute, and belong.

Because inclusion is not just about learning together — it’s about caring for and learning from one another.

Here children don’t just learn. They learn to connect.

Not every connection begins with words.

During outdoor play, our Kindlers explore and move together. They smile, laugh, and connect through play.

Moments like these show that children connect in many ways. Learning from one another — through peer support, shared experiences, and respect for different abilities — helps them grow values like kindness, patience, and care.

At Kindle Garden, Singapore’s first inclusive preschool, children with different abilities learn side by side every day. Our teachers design activities so every child can participate, contribute, and belong.

Because inclusion is not only about learning together, but also about learning from one another.

For the mums who wake up early, pack bags, soothe meltdowns, and show up for their little ones day after day despite numerous challenges and competing priorities, we see you and celebrate you ❤️🌷

This Mother’s Day, our Kindlers created special crafts, prints and DIY flowers for their beloved mummies, expressing their love and appreciation in their own unique ways.

Beyond an arts and crafts activity, these moments also become opportunities for children to express themselves meaningfully, and build confidence in their own ways.

To all our Kindle Garden mums and caregivers, thank you for the love, patience and care you pour into your children every single day. We’re grateful to journey alongside you in nurturing confident and empathetic future leaders✨

Happy Mother’s Day to all our amazing mummies!

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲.

Our Kindlers were recently treated to a fun-filled day at our corporate partner LGT Bank Singapore’s Sports & Family Day event.

From bouncy castles to games booths, face painting, live stations with delicious food, performances, sports and more, there was something for everyone.

Children of all abilities came together with their families and shared experiences with LGT staff and their families. Supported by our Kindle Garden educators and therapists, each child participated in their own way, building confidence, trying new things, and engaging with others around them.

Beyond the classroom, experiences like these create opportunities for children to learn through play, develop independence, and feel a sense of inclusion in the wider community.

We are grateful to partners like LGT for creating opportunities for our children to express themselves, create memories, and build independence through active participation.

“𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻?”

Our K1 children recently learnt about emotions such as anger. Through drawings, they shared what helps them calm down when emotions run high. Whether it's being with mummy or daddy, or eating their favourite food, calming down looks different for every child.

Through moments like these, they begin to understand that feeling angry is okay, and that they are capable of managing it in their own way.

At Kindle Garden, we also incorporate spaces where children can take a breather, like our “calm down tent”, alongside everyday conversations that support each child’s holistic growth. With guidance from educators and therapists, children build confidence, empathy, and self-awareness in ways that feel natural to them.
