Our teams programme is designed for players who want regular training, competitive matchday opportunities and a development-focused environment.

Weston Next Gen Academy is looking to add passionate coaches to our team.

We are looking for coaches who have experience working with young players, understand the importance of technical development, and want to help players grow with confidence, bravery and creativity.

Availability on Saturday mornings is required.

These skills may look simple, but they take time, detail and repetition to develop properly.

At Weston Next Gen, we believe technical development is not an extra part of football.
It is the foundation.

Players who are comfortable with the ball have more choices, more confidence and more solutions when the game becomes difficult.

While the players take a short break, we are using this time to tell more of our story.

At Weston Next Gen, our work is not only about running football sessions.

It is about creating an environment where young players can develop confidence, enjoy the game, and learn how to play with bravery and understanding.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing more insight into our values, our methodology, our coaching approach, and the way we support long-term player development.

We are not just preparing players for the next match.

We are helping them build the tools for the long term.

Our sessions are designed to help players improve their technical ability, understand the game and enjoy the process of getting better.

From first touch and ball mastery to 1v1s, decision-making and match play — every session has a purpose.
