The STI continued its record run last week, climbing to an all-time high of 5,828 points before closing 1.8% higher at 5,802 points. Hongkong Land was the week’s top performer, rising 4.4% to USD$8.55, while OCBC gained 3.86% to S$32.27 and DBS advanced 3.28% to S$78.65. With both OCBC and DBS hitting fresh all-time highs, all eyes turn to UOB this week — can it catch up with the rally in its two industry peers?

Attention minority shareholders of ICP Ltd. 📢

ICP is convening an EGM on 21 September 2026 to vote on a Selective Capital Reduction (SCR) which would see minority shares cancelled at $0.007 per share. This is below the $0.009 exit offer made just over a year ago when the company delisted in July 2025.
