Thank you Yangshun Tay and Jeremy Hon for taking the time to speak with our SoC students about what it truly takes to build a meaningful and successful career in the tech industry.
Through candid stories of both successes and setbacks, they offered thoughtful insights into resilience, growth, and the realities behind the journey. Their honesty and generosity in sharing personal experiences made the session deeply inspiring and relatable for our students.
We also would like to thank our student volunteers Akshaya Vajpeyarr and Miguel Tarcena for helping make this event a success.

Thank you MP .lee for joining us in celebrating the 50th anniversary.
As part of SoC 50, CCSGP, NUS SoC faculty & students have been working with the local community to educate seniors about scams! We teach seniors about how to recognize scams, how to avoid them and what to do if they do fall victim.
Scams are becoming increasingly sophisticated in our current digital age - so we have made it our mission to teach seniors how to recognize GenAI scams, Email/SMS scams, how to not fall prey to malicious apps & how to use to safeguard against scams.
