After a power-packed 4 day event, here are the top 5 moments that we love about the 9th APT JSO!
The 9th APT JSO concluded with the Award Ceremony, which congratulated teams for their efforts in and passion for creating a more sustainable world.
Well done, students! May this experience only be the springboard to your future as a scientist! 👩🔬🧑🔬
Mixed groups of students from various participating countries presented their Interdisciplinary Group Projects to a panel of experts.
Teams were tasked with researching about one of the given topics and creating a proposal on how to overcome this sustainability challenge.

Day 2's Educators' Segment gathered Science educators from various Singapore schools to share about how to develop a curriculum that focuses on environmental sustainability, in line with Singapore Green Plan 2030.
Commonwealth Secondary School, Bukit View Secondary School, and Nanyang Girls' High School shared how they are nurturing environmentally-conscious students by incorporating sustainability into their school's cultures. This was followed by a rich exchange of ideas among the teachers from the ASEAN+3 countries as well as Sweden.
