Arts, Humanities and World Affairs kits for children!

In a world where children jump from class to class, activity to activity, we often feel pressured to “keep them busy”, even during the holidays.
But boredom isn’t something to fix — it’s something to embrace.

When children have unstructured time, their brains start inventing stories, games and imaginative worlds.

It strengthens problem-solving. Kids learn to ask, “What can I do next?”, building independence and resourcefulness.

It fuels curiosity & intrinsic motivation. Studies show bored kids explore more — noticing textures, objects and ideas they might otherwise skip.

It even builds emotional resilience. Learning to sit with slow moments helps children regulate frustration — a lifelong skill.

And if you’d like meaningful, screen-free prompts that support creativity without overscheduling, explore our Glotter kits. Link in bio.

This year, world leaders are meeting in Belém, Brazil for COP30 — a big gathering to decide how to slow down climate change. 🌿

Knowing about COP30 helps kids understand what’s happening to our world — and reminds us that even small actions can make a big difference.

At Glotter Kids, we believe awareness starts young. 💡
Explore our kits —
🥦 ‘Food for Thought’, where kids learn about food insecurity and fairness in the food system, and
🔥 ‘Our Warming Planet’, which helps children understand climate change and how they can advocate for a healthier Earth.

Because every child has a role to play in shaping a better, fairer world. 💚

It’s the Children’s Day weekend, but maybe every day should be Children’s Day.
Especially after the PSLE, it’s worth reminding ourselves: kids are more than grades.

Let’s celebrate them not just once a year, but in the small, everyday ways that honour who they are becoming. 💛

As the PSLE written papers draw near, I’m reminded that…
🌱 Belief matters more than doubt.
🌱 The process matters more than progress.
🌱 The exam is one-off, but our relationship with our children lasts a lifetime.

In the midst of revision, life doesn’t have to come to a standstill. Take that walk, play that game, serve in that cause. Celebrate the small wins. And most of all, let our kids run their own race.

No matter what the PSLE holds, what truly matters are the habits, resilience, and confidence they’ve been building along the way. Those are the real factors of success — and they will carry them far beyond this season.

Cheering on every child, and every parent walking this journey.🌟

💛, Maybel

As the polls close, we imagine — if children could vote, would they choose what we’d expect?
Not louder ambitions, but softer moments.
Not faster growth, but gentler time.
Maybe the world they dream of isn’t ahead of them—but all around them, waiting to be noticed. 🌿
