Many kitchens that I see are over cluttered with too many things on their surfaces.
We get excited and we buy the latest gadgets (bread maker- juicer- knife sharpeners…you name it we buy it) and after the first few weeks of excitement then it sits there gathering dust ;)
Clearing the clutter improves health – it is that simple!
The energy can flow and circulate and the body heals outside in as well as inside out.

Sometimes life gets busy....
Sometimes we relax our discipline...
Sometimes we are just too tired ....

Life does not have to be like this.

Once you learn a few simple clutter free daily habits and apply them then the energy of your home will change.

Once we get a home...we fill it with stuff...and often we do not stop until one day we look around and we realise we have soooo much CLUTTER!

For some reason we collect more and more.....

Some of us are honest and feel overwhelmed by it all...
Some of us think its OK and I will deal with it later....guess what we never do :)
Some of us think we are super disciplined and do not have excess stuff....

So here is a TEST....
Go to your kitchen and see how many CUPS / MUGS you actually have .....
Go on count them all ....
Track them all down as some may be hiding or have escaped...
If you are brave let me know the number.....

Lets see if anyone can beat 50 ;)
I kinda think someone can....

Do you know that your home has an Energy Mouth?
This is where the Energy (QI) enters your home and circulates.

When you wake up in the morning one of the first things you do (after checking your mobile) is to brush your teeth so your mouth is clean and fresh.

Well.....the same applies to the Door!
Make sure it is clean and fresh.
Make sure it is clutter free, the paint is fresh and the plants are healthy.
Make it look glowing and sexy ;)

Throw away any old / chipped and broken items.
Do not let it be a dumping ground for bikes / shoes and ex-husbands ;)

LOVE Your DOOR! That is my Mantra for today.....

It’s time to do the inner work and to get WISDOM in your life.
Drop the attachment to what is not relevant and focus on what is.

We believe you need BOTH the inner and the external world…
Be amazing at both!
Then it’s truly heaven on earth!
Boom!

Be ready …the day will come …go happily and peacefully knowing you gave your BEST to the world.

When I visit my clients homes and I hear them talking about the fact they have too many things and that their home is not as they want it to be.
I remind them to be GRATEFUL

Grateful that they have a home
Grateful that they have the money to buy the things
Grateful that they have the time to shop and buy the things.
Grateful that they have a choice of what to buy.

When we approach any challenge with an attitude of GRATITUDE then it's an easier mountain to climb.

When you approach a task with a happy mind, then it becomes easier to achieve success.

First be GRATEFUL for where you are in this moment - in the NOW and then lets get to work on creating a beautiful future.

For 15+ years I have studied Feng Shui and how certain homes have positive uplifting energy and others do not.
Energy needs to Flow and to Move...

If your home is cluttered, full of too many things and you do not clean it out regularly then the energy gets stuck and stagnant.
You will start to feel depleted, things will not go your way and even your health and relationships will be affected.

Even the Dog feels it and looks glum.

Certain areas of your home are more important than others.
Certain areas of your home are for health.
Certain areas are for relationships.
