We work with a small number of clients at a time. Because the work we do requires our undivided attention to each and every client that comes through our doors.

Our plan built entirely around the life you are actually living right now, with real support between every session, not just during them.

What changed was not just the training. It was having someone who understood his life before prescribing a plan for it.

Invicta built around his travel, his work demands, his reality of eating out four nights a week. We learned how to motivate him, when to push and when to reassure. The support did not stop when the session ended.

A few months later he has lost over 15kg and kept it off. He is stronger, more confident, and has the energy to actually be present with his kids. He did not find a new version of himself. He got back to the one that had always been there.

At Invicta Performance, that is the only result we are interested in.

We're hiring coaches at Invicta Performance.

This is a full-time commitment. If you're looking for something on the side, this isn't for you.

What the role involves:
Working with clients 1-to-1 and 1-to-2, delivering personalised training and accountability that extends beyond the gym floor. Nutrition guidance, lifestyle coaching, regular check-ins. The full picture, not just the session.

What we're looking for:
Minimum 1 year of experience in personal training or group coaching. Beyond that, we hire for integrity, professionalism, ownership and coachability. If you have ego, drama or just want to clock in and out, we're not the right fit.

What to expect when you join:
Every new coach goes through a structured 3-month mentorship program with a mandatory passing standard. It is designed to educate and bring coaches to a high level of instructional coaching. Not everyone makes it through.

At Invicta Performance, the coaching does not stop when the session ends. It continues in the message at 10pm helping a client navigate the menu at a work event the next day, about sleep, about stress, about how work has been, about whether the support system at home is holding up. Or in the message that celebrates small wins.

Our coaches are not just thinking about your sets and reps. They are thinking about your energy at 6pm, what you ate on the road this week, whether you are actually recovering or just pushing through. Because the truth is, what happens outside the gym determines almost everything that happens inside it.

Most fitness trainers simply give you a plan and leave you to figure out the rest. At Invicta Performance, we've figured out long ago that the rest is actually the most important part.

You do not just get a coach here. You get someone who is always in your corner every day, not just for that one hour.

Most people don't fail at fitness because they're lazy. They fail because the plan they're following was never built for the life they're actually living. It looked good on Sunday. By Wednesday, one late meeting changed everything, and suddenly the whole week felt like a write-off.

That's the psychology behind it. When the plan breaks, the brain treats it as personal failure. So you wait for Monday, for a fresh start, for the motivation to come back. But the restart does the same thing the original plan did. It assumed your week would look a certain way, and the moment it didn't, there was nothing to fall back on.

At Invicta, we build around your most common week, not an idealised version of it. Sessions are scheduled flexibly so the plan moves with you, not against you. And when something comes up, a client dinner, a late night, a last-minute trip, we help you problem solve around it instead of writing the week off. The goal is never perfection. It's a structure that keeps you in, no matter what the week throws at you.

You do not need to “make up” for the weekend.
You just need to get back into your routine again.
