On 11 February, ACUATE Private Limited and ST Engineering’s Communications Network System Services (CNSS) celebrated our annual Lunar New Year Dinner, marking over a decade of strong partnership and shared commitment to training excellence. The evening was warm, festive, and well enjoyed by all.
We were honoured to welcome Mr. Alan Soh, the new AVP/Division Manager CNSS, who joined us for the first time and presented oranges to everyone as a gesture of goodwill and prosperity.
We look forward to many more years of meaningful collaboration and shared success.

12th August 2025 - Our team attended the First Aid and CPR AED Course together, to maintain the competency and relevancy for our trainers. This helped us to learn, grow and be better prepared for an emergency situation as a tight knit team

Acuate conducted a 4 days Methods of Instruction (MOI) course for one of our clients. The participants learned new knowledge such as, different learning styles, instructional strategies, deliver engaging presentations, etc.
At the end of the course, the participants feedback that they greatly enjoyed themselves in this new learning journey.

ACUATE Private Limited and Integrated Services, Services Business Unit of ST Engineering Advanced Networks & Sensors Pte. Ltd. held our traditional combined Lunar New Year Dinner. This tradition of more than a decade signifies the cohesiveness of our team spirit in delivering the best quality of training for our clients.

The celebration dinner is held later for this year due to the hectic training schedules, however, everyone was still in a festive mood, and enjoyed themselves.

At the end of the dinner, the bosses, Mr Chong and Mr Soh gave out oranges to everyone. As per our tradition, the bosses will give out the oranges to the members of the other company. We look forward to our continuing success of our partnership in the years to come.

On 13 Oct 2023, we organised a dinner to bid farewell to our staff, Kavipriyan (Kavi).
Kavi has served ACUATE PRIVATE LIMITED as both our Integrated Work Force Trainer, and Business Marketing and Training Admin Executive from year 2018 to 2022 and from year 2022 to 2023 respectively.
We will miss his service in the Company.
We wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

8th August - Our trainers’ cohesion kicked off in style where brainstorming met board games and relaxation fuelled innovation. There were unforgettable memories formed with great team bonding and interaction among all trainers🧠🎲

THROWBACK:
ACUATE Private Limited and Integrated Services, Services Business Unit of ST Engineering Advanced Networks & Sensors Pte. Ltd. held our traditional combined Lunar New Year Dinner at Orchid Country Club’s Ban Heng Restaurant this year. This tradition of more than a decade signifies the cohesiveness of our team spirit in delivering the best quality of training for our clients.
We started with the traditional Yu Sheng, otherwise known as lo-hei or prosperity toss, which is something that we’ve grown terribly fond of. A vibrant centrepiece dish comprising various elements, each boasting its own unique flavour and meaning behind it, the Yu sheng is always the first order of business at any gathering.
Thereafter, we started a decadent 8+2-course meal with drinks. Despite everyone's hectic schedules, the good food and beverages were harmonised with joy, laughter and provided the perfect atmosphere for everyone to catch up with one another.
At the end of the dinner, the bosses, Mr Chong and Mr Logan gave out oranges to everyone, and Mr Soh presented everyone with an ang-bao as a symbol of luck for everyone in the Year of the Rabbit.

ACUATE PRIVATE LIMITED held a Company Retreat at a venue near town area. This event also saw the introduction of two fresh, youthful colleagues to our team.

The purpose of this retreat was to discuss ways to further sharpen our training deliveries for our clients, and to foster greater camaraderie among the team, especially with the new colleagues.

The day’s activities included discussions on how training deliveries could be further sharpened with different activities to better engage the learners, as well as the meticulous preparations by the trainers to ensure quality lesson deliveries.

The staff came to a consensual decision that face-to-face communication would be the most effective way to get a message across and were then involved in games that emphasized the importance of communication. We also played a game of "Truth or Lie" to get to know our two new colleagues and to strengthen the value of working as a team when resources are limited. At the end of the session, the Company Director presented everyone with a memorable souvenir.

We convened at a Greek restaurant at Clarke Quay for a sumptuous dinner and drinks after the numerous exhausting but fruitful activities. The meal and drinks were also filled with laughter from various jokes and sharing of prior humorous experiences before we ended the night.

Special thanks to Mr Lee wai yin, Mr Philip, Mr Kavi and Ms Lik yan for organising the retreat.

On 30 Sep 2022, we gathered for a dinner and bid farewell to Raymond Tan, one of our longest serving trainers. After nine years with ACUATE, Raymond, a professional and dedicated Trainer, will be moving on to another job.
We wish him the best of luck in his further endeavors.

At the dinner, the Directors specially congratulated Mr Raymond Tan for achieving the Signals Formation NSman of the Year 2022- a testimonial of his unwavering commitments towards NS. Well done Raymond and we in ACUATE are proud of you!!

Job Scope (in brief): To teach basic system /equipment and theory lessons to participants in classroom, outdoor and outfield environment.
Salary Range: S$2500-S$3200.00
Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma in Electronic, Electrical or Information Technology or related field.
2. Permanent employment- 2 to 3 years preferred.
3. Completed National Service- added advantage.
Remarks: Training will be provided to qualify as Trainers (fundamental training and OJT available)
