Designing a shared vision: March 2021

Throwback to early 2021 when we took on an exciting challenge with SG Enable and some of their partners to align around desired future opportunities for persons with disabilities (PwDs).

Through 6 half-day workshop sessions we deep-dived into the challenges and aspirations around career development for PwDs and collectively framed our motivating conditions for change.

This created a common vision to help guide future strategies in this area. We are excited to see how this will open up improved opportunities for PwDs in the future!

Singaporeans took a lunchtime problem and invented our own reservation system. That's the result of simple shared problem solving, and it wasn't rocket science. We all have what it takes and it’s closer to home than we think.
