Declutter

I was tidying up my place and after a while, it felt like a ‘discovery hunt’ as I began to uncover things that I had forgotten about. It just shows how much ‘rubbish’ I had accumulated! 😅

Similarly in life, when we do not take time to declutter, we can end up accumulating a lot of stuff we don’t need. It could be our past regrets, hurts and disappointments. They can weigh us down and slip in to affect our relationships if we are not careful.

Just like the ‘refreshing’ feeling after you have packed your place, you will feel so relieved and light as you do a ‘cleanup’ of your life. Only then will you find the space to invite good things or people that will enrich your life.
