[Teacher's Day Gift!]
Student Q told me that she has a present for me on Teacher's Day. Over Zoom, she showed me this beautiful gift - her Most Improved Student award. I was touched. That I'm able to help her to get to the grades that she was proud of. She came to me at the beginning of this year and within less than 3 months, she made significant improvement in her Chinese - from F9 to A1!
She couldn't believe it herself. But she did it. So never lose hope, don't give up and keep going!

Within the short span of 5 months, Student Z was able to go from F9 to B4. The secret? Finding the right teacher to support her and believing in her abilities.
So... sometimes all you need is just a person who believes in you β¨οΈ

The learning of the Chinese language is not merely for economic purpose. We've seen the rise of China, the influx of Chinese immigrants into Singapore. All these, while bring economic benefits, remind us if the need to strengthen our connection to our roots and identity.
I have met so many people in their 20s to 30s, realising that they cannot effectively communicate in Chinese and feeling a disconnection between themselves and the people around them.
If you need a teacher who is conversant in both English and Chinese, able to delve deep into the cultural nuances of the East and West, don't hesitate to hit me up!
