Hello everyone, it’s been awhile since we last posted anything.
We are rebranding to reflect our new direction!
Previously known as Humble Decibels, we thought it’s a cute name as well as a little wordplay on reflecting the volume level of the drums.
We are now rebranding to Teruah Drum Lab!
Teruah is a Hebrew word, which has many meanings. Amongst them, one of its meaning is joy or joyful sound.
Joy is a word that means a deep sense of happiness and contentment.
We wish to bring joy, as well as the joy of playing and learning drums to all our students! 🥳🥁

Short Drum Covers ~
Here’s a little short cover of Learn To Fly by Foo Fighters.
Made this back then as a tribute to Taylor Hawkins (Drummer of Foo Fighters). Hope I do him justice here and may his music continue to inspire generations after generations of musicians.

Class in progress!!~
We’re taking it slow and trying to nail the parts for the end of chorus of Uptown Funk (Mark Ronson, Bruno Mars).
Once we got it, we slow it down even more to understand the parts more deeply before bringing it back to speed. Great job here by the student. 💪🏼👏🏼
