Aunty Sandra was a friend’s recommendation and as first time parent, she is truly a great help to us!

During my confinement, Aunty Sandra constantly reminded me that it’s very important for new mothers to rest and recuperate during this period. She cooks delicious and nourishing meals for my husband and myself. Not only that, she bakes really well as well!

Aunty Sandra is confident and experienced in providing expert care for both our newborn and myself. She’s able to spot our newborn feeding and sleeping cue, and also ensures that our newborn was well fed and well rested. She genuinely cares about our newborn like her own, showered her with love and care.

She’s also generous in sharing tips and ways to handle our newborn, which is really beneficial for us. Knowing that we are worried to handle our newborn without her, Aunty Sandra even told us that we can contact her anytime for urgent help.

We are really fortunate to have found Aunty Sandra as our confinement nanny. Thank you Aunty Sandra for preparing us for our parenthood journey. Will definitely recommend her to our family and friends!

Sandra was a 10 out of 10. I would reserve her right now to come and take care of us again if I found out I was pregnant with our second baby.
Baby care:
Sandra treated our baby like it was her own flesh and blood. You could see how much she loved her and cared for her. She would sing her songs massage her comfort her and make sure that she was in clean fresh clothing. She kept the room tidy, and the nursery was always spotless. She washed baby clothes, washed baby bottles and sanitize them and always made sure baby had gas drops if she was feeling uncomfortable she gave her the baby her first bath and showed us the best ways to do that in the future when she was not here. She even showed us massage techniques so that baby could relieve gas and also for Chinese pressure points, which was really interesting for me and my husband. I cannot recommend her enough. If anyone needs a nanny in the US please book Sandra ASAP.
Mommy care:
I am not Chinese and at first there was a bit of a language barrier between Sandra and I, but she is very eager to learn and improve her English and taking care of me doesn’t require much speaking. She did an amazing job making sure I was slowing down. She gave me massages to Make sure my uterus was in place, which was really amazing and her lactation massages are out of this world. She had advice about pumping she had advice about creams. She had advice about breast-feeding. She was just full of the most helpful information. she got along really well with my extended family. My mom and her have the best relationship and she really enjoyed hanging out with my in-laws as well. Sandra is go with the flow so if we needed to go on a long car drive or grocery shopping she was always eager to accompany us and enjoy the outing as a family. I really miss her and I definitely think of her as an auntie.
Food:
Sandra’s cooking is simple and nutritious. It is super delicious and there are some dishes that she has taught me that I will continue to make on a weekly basis. I am in love with her beef rolls, stuffed with enoki mushrooms, carrots, and onions. It was the best thing to eat protein, rich, and yummy. We also enjoyed cooking together. Sandra is very open to new foods and cultures. She loved trying new meals with us and over all she is just a sunny, positive and upbeat individual. It is the perfect energy to have during your post partum journey.

As a first time parent I am always scared of not knowing how to properly care for my baby even more than that whether I will find a confinement lady that will be able to get along well with me my baby , family and nanny . Thankfully when I engaged Aunty Sandra for the first time , her warm and fun personality as well as knowledge in handling baby reassured me and my husband .

As we started working together ,from the hospital through our first days at home, Aunty Sandra taught us a lot on how to care for our newborn , she also handled feedings, baths, and soothing with such ease and expertise

Not only that I can feel her genuine love for my baby but I can also feel her genuinity when it comes to caring for me . She provided me with nutritious meals , that cater to heal my body as well as help my milk production . She also gave me lactation messages ensuring that I don’t have breast clog . Most importantly is her emotional support , her positive and patient nature encouraged me to get through day by day
