PODIUM Series #1 is our very first in-studio competition, and there is no better place to do something like this than right here, with this crew 🙌🏻

🏅 Categories: Men’s // Women’s // Mixed
⚡ Divisions: Rookie // Open // Pro

4 zones. 15 minutes each. Strength, conditioning, strength endurance, and a finisher that’ll get the whole room going.

Team up with your gym bro or bestie, or you can pair up with members from other BFT studios OR non-BFT members entirely. All pairings welcome! 👋🏻

🎟️ Tickets are per team of 2 - only ONE person needs to purchase.
