Happy 61st National Day, Singapore! ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐ŸŽ‰

Our school marked this special day with a solemn Observance Ceremony, where students stood tall as the National Flag was brought in, sang the National Anthem, and recited the National Pledge with pride. โค๏ธ

The festivities continued with an exciting English Drama performance, community singing led by our prefects, and the energetic GetActive! Dance of the Nation workout! ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐ŸŽถ Back in class, students reflected on how they could live out the values of the National Pledge in their daily lives.

Together, these meaningful experiences nurtured a deep love for Singapore and inspired our students to build an even brighter future for our nation. โค๏ธ๐Ÿค

๐ŸŽŠ What an incredible Mother Tongue Fortnight 2026 it was! This year's theme โ€” Traditional Games โ€” brought so much joy and discovery to our students! ๐ŸŒŸ

Our students got to experience six amazing traditional games, including ๆ‰ฏ้“ƒ (Chinese Yo-Yo), ่ฑกๆฃ‹ (Chinese Chess), ้”คไธธ (olden days golf โ›ณ), ไธขๆฒ™ๅŒ… (Bean Bag Toss), ็šฎๅฝฑๆˆ (Shadow Puppetry) and ๆŠ•ๅฃถ (Touhu)! For many, it was their very first time trying these games! ๐ŸŽฏ

Students also unleashed their creativity through craft activities โ€” mini rattling drums ๐Ÿฅ, wooden puppets ๐Ÿช†, and handmade kites ๐Ÿช โ€” depending on their level!

A wonderful way to connect with our cultural roots! โค๏ธ
