Do you like to eat Kimchi? I am sharing this wonderful kimchi tips with everyone. Do Like and Share the video so more people can enjoy too🥰

I am adding something special to the kimchi, it's BokBunJa! Black Raspberry Wine.

Those who have not tasted BokBunJa before, do you know what is the popular reason for drinking this? It is to make baby ya~ 🤱

I receive feedback that the recipe is too long... so I have created the ingredients here for you to copy

There are 3 sets of ingredients to prepare. Yes, 3 sets. Once you see the video, you will appreciate why I separate it like this😇

1st set
1. Water, 1 litre
2. Napa Cabbage, 1kg
3. Coarse Salt, 50g

2nd set
1. Water, 200ml
2. Flour, 10g
3. Chilli Powder, 60g

3rd set
1. Garlic, 45g
2. Sugar, 40g
3. Onion, 100g
4. Spring Onion, 100g
5. Fermented Shrimp, 30g (or you can use CinCaLok)
6. Fish Sauce, 30g
7. BokBunJa (Raspberry Wine), 5g (or you can use Soju)

[ Salt Water ]
> Make Salt Water enough to
Cover all Cabbage.

water 2 L
Coarse Salt 400g
Add Salt 200g per extra water 1L

[ Chilli Base ]

Water 300ml
Flour 20g
Chilii powder 120g

[ Seasoning Base ]

Minced garlic 90g
Fish sauce 90g
Fermented small shrimp 60g
(or CINCALOK)

Sugar 50g
Fine salt 15g
Minced ginger 5g

(Optional)
Sliced Spring onion 100g
Sliced Onion 100g
Shredded Radish 200g
