💬 Do you use Chatbots?

According to Oracle by 2020, 80% of businesses plan to use chatbots and 77% of customers say chatbots will transform their expectations of companies in the next five years.

Given the choice between filling out a website form or getting answers from a chatbot, only 14% of customers would choose the form, says Salesforce.

Gartner reports that chatbots and virtual assistants have reached peak interest in the enterprise as the most common uses for AI.

But to improve customer experience and reduce costs, enterprises need to choose the right conversational platform as the technology for developing chatbots.
Basic automated FAQ solutions will not cut it.

Chatbots will soon be able to understand and answer a higher percentage of questions without human intervention, both quickly and correctly, hence improving Happiness Index and Net Promoter Scores.

🔗Are Backlinks that important?

Backlinks (also known as “inbound links”) are links from one website to a page on another website. Google and other search engines consider backlinks something like “votes” for a page.
They can come from social media sites and directories, but they most often come from blog posts and the content of other websites.
What makes them so important is that pages with a high number of backlinks will have high organic search engine rankings and that’s what all of us as marketers are trying to achieve.

💡When building your backlinks have in mind quality as well as quantity. Ideally, you want to build links from other relevant websites within your niche and industry.

💻What is the difference between user interface (UI) and user experience(UX)?

Simply put, user interface (UI) is anything a user may interact with to use a digital product or service. This includes all the screens, pages, visual elements like buttons and icons but even sounds.

User experience (UX), on the other hand, encompasses all aspects of the end-user’s interaction with the company, its services, and its products.

How are the two connected then?

UX designers will argue that UI is a part of the complete user
experience. In fact, if the interface is very good, the consumer
will have such a smooth journey they won’t even notice
the interface, remembering only the positive experience.

🏆With Digital Marketing it is easy to not only listen to your customers but also let them speak for you.
Listen to your customers and what they care about, and if your brand values align with that you will not only have happy customers but genuine brand ambassadors.

People are significantly more likely to listen to what your consumers have to say about you than any of the carefully designed content you release, so maintaining a good relationship with your customers is not only good etiquette but crucial for growing your business.

💹Return On Investment

When your marketing campaigns are digital, you are able to monitor KPIs and then optimize your efforts to achieve the maximum Return on Investment (ROI).

Put simply, calculating your Cost-Per-Lead tells you how profitable your campaign is. For example, you may have thousands of clicks but if none of them convert into actual customers there is no revenue gained.

This is where analytics come in, enabling you to make informed decisions and act upon them swiftly, adjusting your strategy and investing your resources exactly where they will bring the highest return.
