You've eaten Bak Zhang your whole life. Have you ever actually made one? 🎋

This Dragon Boat Festival, Chef Ambrose is teaching two of the most beloved Bak Zhang recipes: Hokkien and Nyonya - and you get to pick your class (or do both!😉).

🟤 Hokkien Bak Zhang
The classic. Savoury braised pork belly, seasoned glutinous rice, wrapped in the iconic pyramid fold. A recipe that's fed generations.

💙 Nyonya Bak Zhang
The showstopper. Fragrant blue butterfly pea rice, spiced pork and candied winter melon filling, wrapped in the intricate Peranakan style. This class sold out last year and we're not surprised.

Both classes are hands-on, small-group, and guided by Chef Ambrose from start to finish. No experience needed, just bring your appetite.
