Here is the menu for Shilpa’s Healthy Vegetarian Cooking Class for October and November 2019. Please email me ([email protected]) for bookings. The classes are restricted to 6 students on a first booked basis.
The class timings are from 11AM to 1PM. The address is 188 Depot Road, #06-17, The Interlace, Singapore 109688, Tel: 9712 4455
Week 1 : Wednesday 16th Oct 2019
1. Dal makhni(whole black urad dal)
2. Dry mix vegetable(cauliflower, carrot, and beans etc)
3. Garlic Naan ( made with plain flour)
Week 2: 23rd Oct 2019
1. Samosa ( Indian potato filled samoas from scratch)
2. Tamarind and coriander chutney( goes well with samosas)
3.Black channa chaat( healthy Indian protein starter)
Week 3 : Wednesday 30th Oct 2019( Mexican)
1. Fajitas with grilled vegetables
2. Salsa and guacamole
3. Mexican Rice
Week 4 : Wednesday 6th November 2019
1. Tava Sabji ( dry filled vegetables...Okra, potato etc
2. Moong dal paratha( patatha with whole wheat flour)
3. Cu**in infuse peas rice

Week: 4 Friday 8th Nov 2019( Indo chinese)
1. Man chow vegetable soup
2. chili paste( can use for many dishes)
3. Dry chili paneer (with chili paste)
Notes: Shilpa's cooking classes teach a wide variety of international vegetarian delights in a fun and informal atmosphere. With a small group of maximum 6 people, the classes offer hands on experience for everyone and detailed demonstration. I also explain non-vegetarian options for these recipes. Students get to learn everything about ingredients, food preparation, decoration and food tasting. Printed recipes are provided. Everyone is given an opportunity to ask questions and participate. Food tasting of the day’s menu is provided after the class and there is a great opportunity to network and make new friends. Courses can also be customized based on specific needs and preferences. The cost for the class is SGD 240 for 4 classes if booked and paid together, (not including Wednesday class)or $70 for a single class. The duration of the class is approx. 2 hrs, Cancellations within 48 hours of class require full payment.
