Last week, we celebrated National Day in the most amazing way! Our P1–P3 Sports Carnival fired up the energy ⚡, and the excitement kept building from there! 🎊

Our MK students celebrated National Day by recreating Singapore's iconic dragon playground 🐉, while our P4–P6 students also took part in meaningful activities to mark this special occasion! 🌟

The hall came alive with a proud flag march-in 🚩, vibrant performances by our talented students 🎶💃🥁, and an unmistakable Singapore spirit! 🌟

Flags were waving 🇸🇬, voices were singing, and the hall was bursting with cheers and smiles! 😄 Majulah Singapura, Go Beyond! 🇸🇬✨

🏕️🌿 Primary 4 Outdoor Adventure Camp 2026

Three days. Two nights. Countless adventures! Our P4 Valourians had an amazing time at Labrador Outdoor Adventure Learning Centre, returning home with new skills, stronger friendships and unforgettable memories. 💚

From rock walls and abseiling to the high elements obstacle course, they tackled every challenge with courage and grit. 🧗‍♂️ They also pitched tents, cooked outdoors, and hiked to HortPark and Bukit Chandu, where they learnt about Singapore's history. 🇸🇬

Through it all, they cheered each other on and grew in resilience, teamwork and confidence. 🔥

We are so proud of our P4 Valourians for showing that growth begins when we dare to try! 🌟

🎉🌏 Celebrating Racial Harmony Day @ VPS — Our Shared Heritage!

From our MK students to our Primary students, we came together to celebrate the rich cultural diversity that makes Singapore so special! 🇸🇬✨

👘 Our MK students dressed in traditional attire and explored different races, languages, and cultures, even trying their hands at Chinese, Indian, and Malay instruments! 🥁🎶

🎮 Our Primary students bonded over traditional games like Congkak, Five Stones & Chinese Chess, enjoyed funfair vibes at the 'Good Old Times!' booth with our PSGs, and received old-school 'Kacang Puteh' biscuits! 🍿

💛 The Singapore Kindness Movement's 'The Colours We Share' assembly reminded us that empathy and respect are the heart of harmony. 🤝

🎉 NE Show 2026 🇸🇬

After 10 years, the National Education (NE) Show has returned to the National Stadium, and it was well worth the wait!

Our students were filled with excitement from the moment they received their fun packs, and the energy only grew throughout the evening. Seeing their wristbands light up in sync with the performances brought smiles all around.

The most unforgettable moment, however, was hearing our students sing the National Anthem with pride and conviction. It was a powerful reminder of our shared identity and what it means to be Singaporean.

An evening filled with joy, unity and unforgettable memories—one that our students will cherish for years to come. ❤️🤍 🇸🇬

Art Muse 2026: Exploring Korea!

Recess came alive with the sights, sounds and spirit of Korean arts! Students dived into hands-on art and music activities, exploring a new culture while expressing their creativity. 🎵✨

The fun continued at our upper primary assembly, where local artist Mr Zero wowed students with a live spray-painting demonstration and even got them involved! 🎤🖌️ Beyond the vibrant colours, students were inspired by his story of passion, perseverance and discipline.

More than a celebration of art and music, it was a journey of creativity and cultural exploration. 🌟❤️

🔬⚙️ STEM Week: From Potential to Power! ⚙️🔬

What an AMAZING week it's been for our Valourians! 🎉 From brain-teasing recess challenges to rolling up their sleeves and building water wheels from recycled materials, our students showed us what STEM learning is truly about! ♻️💡

The highlight? Our P3–P6 students took their creations to the Eco Stream for the grand STEM Challenge and they made a SPLASH! 💦🌊 Watching them tweak their designs, push through challenges and never give up was truly inspiring. 💪

From potential to power, our Valourians proved that with curiosity, creativity and grit, every idea can make a difference! 🚀🌟

🌿✈️ Nature & Adventure Overseas Learning Journey 2026 – Chiang Mai, Thailand

Our P5 Valourians returned from Chiang Mai with muddy shoes, tired legs, overstuffed bags… and many unforgettable memories. 😄

Over 5 days, students hiked at Doi Inthanon, explored waterfalls, cooked using bamboo, and discovered that catching fish in muddy rivers is much harder than it looks. 🐟😂 They showed grit during long hikes, adapted to cold weather, and developed independence.🎒

Most importantly, our students experienced how people can live and work closely with nature in sustainable ways, learning about sustainability, making eco-friendly crafts, and experiencing Thai culture firsthand. Through it all, they built friendships, grew in confidence and developed a deeper connection with the world around them. 🌱❤️

We are proud of our Valourians for showing courage, grit, and teamwork throughout the trip! ✨

💛✨Connecting Better : Discovering Love Languages as a Family - Workshop by PSG and Care Corner SG ✨💛

🌟 On 23 May, families came together for our 5 Languages of Love Parent-Child Experiential Workshop, organised by our PSG in partnership with Care Corner. Through fun and meaningful hands-on activities, families explored the 5 Love Languages together — Words of Affirmation, Acts of Service, Receiving Gifts, Quality Time, and Physical Touch. 🤗💕

❤️ It was truly heartwarming to see families laugh, share, and discover how they each express and receive love. The conversations and moments of connection during the workshop were a beautiful reminder of just how much we can learn about one another when we take the time to truly listen and engage. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

National Malay Scrabble Competition (Pertandingan Sahibba) 2026

We are so proud of our students for clinching 3rd place for the East Zone Schools category at this year's Pertandingan Sahibba (National Malay Scrabble Competition) 2026!

It is a wonderful testament to their hard work, teamwork, and passion for the Malay language, embodying Valour's hallmark of grit by pushing through challenges with determination and resilience, never giving up even when the pressure was on. ❤️💪

The team has shown that learning can be both enjoyable and rewarding! 📚😊
