Hey delegates, hope you've been staying hydrated throughout the conference. Your NEWater bottles are proudly sponsored by our Silver tier sponsor - PUB!

NEWater is crystal clear drinking water produced by advanced water purification and membrane technologies. Introduced in 2002, NEWater currently meets up to 30% of Singapore's total daily water needs made up of both domestic and non-domestic sectors.

They welcome you to visit their NEWater Visitor Centre at 20 Koh Sek Lim Road. Located in the eastern part of Singapore, it has drawn both local and foreign visitors and was named Best Sightseeing / Leisure/Educational Programme at the 2005 Singapore Tourism Awards. Visitors can witness how NEWater is produced and can also learn about Singapore's water resources.

Free interactive and engaging tours at the visitor centre can be booked through an online system via this link https://app.pub.gov.sg/newatertour/Pages/Main.aspx or call us at 65467874.

In keeping with their global community outreach efforts, The Global Citizen is very proud to support this year’s edition of YNC-AP MUN once again! As a co-curricular education group, they believe that Model UN builds practical soft skills that develop students into global citizens who can and will bring about positive changes to our world.

Like the conference, The Global Citizen was also founded by students who shared a keen interest in global affairs and participated actively at Model UN conferences around the world. As Singapore’s fastest growing education group, their mission is to bridge the gap in co-curricular education and thus we specialize, among other services, in the provision of customized experiential learning opportunities around Asia. To find out more about them or to even join them, check out www.theglobalcitizen.sg!

Our committee sessions have been engaged with lively debate about the Middle East. In recognition of another Silver sponsor for YNCAPMUN 2017, the Middle East Institute, who covers a wide range of issues in the region. Here is a message to delegates from the Middle East Institute:

From its vantage point in Singapore, a crossroads of the world, the Middle East Institute, an autonomous research institute within the National University of Singapore, exists to advance understanding of the Middle East, and to deepen engagements between the Middle East and Asia. We do this through research, and aim to provide reasoned views to scholars, students, policymakers, businesses and the public through publications, lectures, consultations and outreach. We host speakers and visitors from and on the Middle East, and serve as a concourse for exchanging ideas and information on the Middle East in Singapore, Asia and the world.
