One of the defining features of the NUS Executive Master in AI and Digital Transformation is the opportunity for our cohort to engage directly with the companies building the technologies shaping the future.

Recently, our EMAI cohort had the privilege of visiting Amazon Web Services (AWS) for an industry immersion session focused on how organisations are scaling artificial intelligence through cloud infrastructure.

The session began with a welcome and context setting, where we explored how AI adoption is accelerating across industries and why cloud platforms have become critical to enabling that transformation.

We were honoured to hear insights from the AWS leadership team:
Stephen Johnstone, Head of Enterprise Application Migration, ASEAN, who shared how AWS is supporting organisations across the region in driving enterprise AI adoption.

Jimmy Silva from AWS Training and Certification then walked our cohort through the AWS journey, discussing enterprise cloud transformation and how organisations are deploying AI at scale.

The session concluded with an engaging Q&A where our executives explored practical questions on AI infrastructure, enterprise adoption, and the future of cloud-powered innovation.

Industry immersion like this is a core part of the EMAI learning experience. Leadership in the AI era requires not only understanding the technology but also seeing how it is being implemented by the companies building the digital backbone of the global economy.
