In his previous role as Strategic Initiatives and Business Development Lead at Microsoft Singapore, he drove strategic collaborations, innovation, and business growth in the rapidly evolving digital economy 🤝🌐. His extensive experience spans leadership roles across Microsoft, AWS, Alibaba and other industry leaders, equipping him with a deep understanding of business disruption, cloud technologies and strategic transformation.

Dr. Tan teaches Strategic Applications of Generative AI for Executives, guiding leaders to harness the transformative potential of generative AI for strategic decision-making and business innovation.

As Professor of Information Systems and Head of the Department of Information Systems & Analytics at the NUS Computing, Professor Goh’s work sits at the intersection of AI, data, and digital business 📊🤖. His research spans consumer and firm behaviour on social-mobile platforms, digital marketing and advertising, and pricing strategies for digital and AI innovations.

Beyond academia, he has collaborated extensively with leading organisations across e-commerce, social media, healthcare, and more—applying econometric and causal impact evaluation methods to support data-driven decision-making in practice.
