Secret of leading a team: A leader’s character and attitude are the most important 😊. I always remind my senior black belts about this 🥋. It applies not just in Taekwon-Do, but also in school 🎓, at work 💼, or when leading any team 🤝. If you lead only by focusing on KPIs or results 📊, it might work for a short time ⏳. But leading with good character and attitude helps build a team that grows strong for the long term 🌱.

领导团队的秘诀： 领导者的人品和态度最重要 😊。我常常提醒我的高级黑带学员 🥋，这不仅适用于跆拳道，也适用于学校 🎓、公司 💼 或任何团队 🤝。如果只用KPI或结果来领导 📊，可能只适合短期 ⏳；用人品和态度领导，才能让团队长久成长、不断进步 🌱。
