Reputation gets you in the room. It doesn't close the deal.

After years in this business, these are the three things that actually decide whether a move happens.

Which one do you think gets overlooked most?

Welcome to 2Touch International, Connor Austin. 🤝⚽

Developed through the youth ranks at Macclesfield Town, the 24-year-old defensive midfielder has taken an ambitious international route across England, Sweden, Scotland and New Zealand to build his senior career.

Currently with Melville United, Connor operates primarily as a disciplined No. 6—screening the defence, competing strongly for possession and providing balance through midfield. His physical presence and versatility also allow him to play as a box-to-box midfielder or cover at right-back.

Connor’s career will be managed by 2Ti agent Yori Haqimi.

We look forward to supporting Connor as he prepares for the next stage of his journey.

Welcome to 2Ti, Connor.

Football moves quickly. Strong teams stay aligned.

The 2Ti Singapore team came together for an evening of honest conversations, shared ideas and clear next steps.

Different roles, different perspectives—one direction.

The visible moments in football are built on the relationships, coordination and work that happen away from the pitch. Nights like this keep us connected, focused and ready for what comes next.

Together, we keep building. ⚽

The 2Ti Football Agent Mentorship Program is not for everyone.

Delivered through the 2Ti Agent Academy, it is designed for people serious about understanding how football representation and the football business actually work.

It may suit:

• Aspiring football agents
• Coaches, scouts and football administrators
• Current or former players planning a career transition
• People already helping players informally

Across six months, participants learn through:

• 10 live masterclasses
• Direct mentorship
• Practical agency scenarios
• Football-market intelligence
• Academy Lab learning

This is education and professional development. It is not recruitment, employment, a FIFA licence or automatic appointment as a 2Ti agent.

Which best describes you: aspiring agent, football professional or career transition?
