Dunman High School 德明政府中学

We congratulate Klemens Lim Yen Ray, from the Class of 2025, on being awarded the MFA Scholarship. Through his experiences in the Bicultural Studies Programme and the International Strategic Affairs Council, Klemens developed a strong interest in diplomacy, policy and Singapore’s place in a complex global order. Together with his service as Student Council Vice President, these experiences have prepared him well for this exciting new chapter. We wish Klemens every success and look forward to his future contributions to Singapore’s diplomatic service!

At Saturday’s gala dinner, the Dunman High community came together for a memorable evening filled with many heartwarming moments. Among the most touching was seeing generations of Dunmanians reconnecting with the teachers who had shaped their school days, going up to greet them, speak with them, and take photos together.

Through this visual story, we hear from Mr Kiw Sin Wa, former Discipline Master, as he shares some of the messages he received from students over the years. These small tokens speak volumes about the bonds forged between teachers and students. Some are deeply touching, while others, looking back now, are unexpectedly funny and full of youthful humour.

Some gifts may fade with time, but the sentiments behind them can be cherished for a lifetime.

Our 70th anniversary celebrates more than a school. It celebrates the timeless bonds between teachers and students, bonds that continue to warm hearts, shape lives, and inspire generations to come. 💙❤️🤍

上周六的校庆晚宴上，德明大家庭齐聚一堂，共度了一个充满温情与感动的难忘夜晚。其中最令人动容的画面之一，是看见一届又一届的德明人再次与曾经陪伴他们成长的老师相聚，主动上前问候、交谈，并合影留念。

这个视觉故事呈现了德明前训导主任邱新华老师多年来收到的学生留言。这些小小的心意，诉说着师生之间深厚的情谊。有些留言令人感动；有些如今再看，则意外地幽默可爱，充满了学生时代的纯真趣味。

有些礼物也许会随着时间褪色，但藏在其中的心意，却会被珍藏一生。

The DHS70 Gala Dinner is just one week away! We are excited to welcome our alumni as we celebrate 70 years of Dunman High School—honouring our shared legacy while looking ahead to the future.

As Singapore EXPO will be hosting multiple events next weekend, traffic in and around the venue is expected to be heavier than usual. We encourage everyone to plan your journey in advance and arrive early to allow sufficient time for registration and seating.
