Dear Participants,

HPB is running a new Postnatal Workout Programme for Women. The program delivers a mix of Yoga, Pilates and Strength Conditioning exercises with bite size sharing of health tips conducted in both physical and virtual platforms.

Dear Participants,

We are excited to announce that The Garage will shifting to a bigger and better facility! The new gym is located near to its current location. With this, more participants will be able to enjoy the adrenaline pumping HIIT programmes conducted by this gym.

The new programmes will start from 6 Dec 2021 and will be open for registration from 29 Nov 2021. Do note only participants who have registered successfully on H365 app may turn up for the physical class at the studio.
